The Jacksonville Jaguars have signed offensive tackle Adam Terry and cornerback Terrence Wheatley, and released quarterback Todd Bouman, defensive tackle Landon Cohen and offensive tackle Erik Pears. The team also activated receiver John Matthews from the practice squad. Terry, a second-round pick by Baltimore in 2005, has played in 50 career games with 18 starts in five seasons at right tackle.
