Two Jacksonville city councilmen issued apologies Friday, saying they used bad judgment in leaving Tuesday nights council meeting early to meet up with Jaguars officials for a pricey steak dinner. Council Vice President Stephen Joost released a statement to media outlets saying he made an error in judgment.
